There is no strict minimum — we work with orders of all sizes. However, for bulk supply categories like grocery and cleaning materials, larger orders attract better pricing. Contact us with your requirement and we'll advise.
Yes. We accept LPOs from registered institutions. Once we receive your LPO, we begin sourcing immediately and issue a proforma invoice for your records before delivery.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from order confirmation. For urgent orders, we offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on item availability. Branded merchandise and printing require 5–10 working days.
Currently we focus on Kampala and surrounding areas. For upcountry delivery, contact us and we'll assess feasibility and cost based on your order size and location.
Every order comes with a delivery note, tax invoice, and official receipt. For service jobs (cleaning, fumigation), we also provide before-and-after photos and a completion report.
